This Terms of Service Agreement and User Rights document regulates ordering, sending orders, receiving orders, paying order fees, returns, privacy, security, and similar elements related to the commercial relationship between www.nutrafine.com and its customers.
ORDER SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered to our customers or to the person or organization at the address indicated by them within the time specified on our site, depending on the distance of your delivery address specified by our customer for each product, provided that the legal 30-day period is not exceeded. Deliveries will only be made through identity verification by the cargo companies determined by our site or our distribution network. Our customers cannot request delivery with a different cargo company.
In your orders, the shipping fee is covered by adding it to the total order amount from our customers at the final stage of shopping on our site. The shipping fee for orders is automatically indicated to our customers on our site. Shipping fees are calculated online on our website during shopping and added to the invoice. The shipping cost our customers will pay is always clear on the cart page and is explicitly stated. Thus, the product price and shipping price are reflected together in the final payment amount. Since orders are sent from us with sender-paid shipping, our customers do not pay any extra fees when receiving the products they ordered.
If you have placed your order as a pre-order, your order will reach you on the day specified on our website. There may be a delay of 1 or 2 days in this period.
If the ordered product is to be delivered to a person or organization other than our customers, our website and company cannot be held responsible if the person or organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.
Our customers must check the order package when receiving it and should not accept damaged or faulty packages. At the moment of package receipt, the order will be deemed to have been delivered completely and undamaged by the cargo officer. Therefore, we kindly ask you to open your package in front of the cargo officer when receiving your orders and to identify any problematic products in front of them, if any. To initiate a return process, you must notify us by having the situation recorded in a report witnessed by the cargo officer. Whether the package you received was opened before you or whether the incoming package is deformed must be stated in the report and signed by both you and the cargo officer.
Our customers declare, accept, and undertake to enter all requested information completely and accurately on the website. Sales from www.nutrafine.com are carried out with customers over 18 years of age and residing in Turkey. If our customers place an order by misleading us while being under 18 years of age, our website reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order. In such a case, our customer and/or their first-degree guardian will be responsible for any legal problems our company may encounter; and under no circumstances will they be able to claim any rights or receivables.
www.nutrafine.com is authorized to change, increase, decrease, or remove payment options over time. Tax-free sales are not made. VAT is applied to all products sold.
Our company cannot be held responsible for malfunctions or other technical reasons that may occur during the provision of services to its users on the www.nutrafine.com website or at any time; for the interruption or cessation of these services; for disruptions caused by hardware, software, and internet server, or stock shortages.
www.nutrafine.com belongs to Tezman Holding A.Ş. The product and company names mentioned on the site may be trademarks and trade names of their respective owners. Tezman Holding A.Ş. reserves the right to change the site content, product prices, and all similar site information and elements on the www.nutrafine.com internet address and virtual store it owns without prior notice. All visitors and members using our site are deemed to have accepted the information and warnings explained above.
For orders placed with the money order payment option, if the order fee is not paid within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled, and the product reserved for that customer will be added back to stock and put up for sale for 3 days. Our company is not responsible for situations such as the order being canceled due to this and the stock running out, preventing the customer from reordering that product. All expenses arising from this situation belong to our customers, and it is accepted by the customers that our company is exempt from all problems that may arise.
In all bilateral disputes arising from the Terms of Service Agreement and User Rights document, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Consumer Courts are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
In the event of an order, our customer is deemed to have accepted all contracts and terms of use on our site.
