I want to return the product/products in my order. What should I do?
If an undesirable situation such as crushing or breakage occurs upon delivery of nutrafine.com products, the product packaging must remain intact, a picture of the product must be taken on the day of delivery, and a return report must be written and sent to www.nutrafine.com (info@nutrafine.com). You can then follow up the process with your bank.
As a general rule, you can return the product you purchased within 7 business days from the delivery date, under the terms of the contract, with your invoice issued by www.nutrafine.com and a note attached stating your reason for return.
* * PLEASE SEND YOUR RETURNED PRODUCTS WITH A NOTE STATING YOUR REASON FOR RETURN, IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, AND WITH THE ORIGINAL INVOICE TO THE ADDRESS STATED BELOW. The shipping cost of the returned product belongs to the BUYER.
** If the invoice for the product you wish to return is corporate, you must send it back with a return invoice issued by the company. The return invoice must be issued without including the shipping fee (product unit price + VAT). Order returns for which invoices are issued in the name of corporations cannot be completed if a RETURN INVOICE is not issued.

If you are not a taxpayer, when returning the product you purchased, you must fill in the relevant return section on our company's invoice in your possession completely, sign it, and send it back to us with the product. Otherwise, your return process will not be completed. General return conditions are as follows;
- Returns must be made with their original box or packaging.
- Returns of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (e.g., products with a shipping label affixed to the original box and taped with shipping tape are not accepted), have lost their resaleability, and cannot be purchased by another customer, are not accepted.
- You must send the original invoice (all copies you have) with the product you wish to return.
- If the product/products you wish to return are defective, you must check the product with the cargo officer, have a report drawn up, and not accept delivery. In this case, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the BUYER.
